You know that one and a half ago we started with the news captioning pictograms in the portal of autonomous radio Radio 2 Aragon. The truth is it was a great challenge and a great responsibility, because we knew of no similar case. In addition, when you start something so unfamiliar, it feels that it will not last over time and is going to be like a balloon. At least, our dream was to go heighten awareness about the importance of making communications accessible to people with limitations in this regard. And there we continue as we leave:)
The news "surprise" is that, today, the Heraldo de Aragón , in paragraph Herald School has released the next "big news"
" Starting today, on the cover of School every Wednesday, will also include short texts written in the language of pictograms, to make more partners and our supplement to the special education school comrades ."
Awesome! I assure you that I have been bristling skin when I saw it. All we have lacked to jump for joy. Finally, the press joined the subtitles and, therefore, the universality of communication. Bravo for the Herald!

is an initiative of the newspaper that is also committed also by the accessibility and social awareness for augmentative communication. For those who do not know, for years, the Herald distributed the paper every Wednesday free of all cabbages to be working with the School. Another great initiative.
