During Ceremony in Honor of 199 Anniversary of the Independence of the United Mexican States, held in the Town Hall of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo the Mexican historian Saul Holy Spirit gave an account of independence history of Mexico, whose cry for freedom was the September 15, 1810 . He noted that Mexico and Peru have much in common, to their struggle for independence is similar.
